If you’ve been working too hard to have enough the time to spend your hard earned money, why leave it to the wife and kids? Instead, go for a trip to play in one of the best casinos in the world. No matter if you prefer cold weather or hot, city life or beach side, the following list will surely include something that fits your taste.
- 5. Caribbean Cruise
One of the most popular trips for the average tourist who likes casino games are cruises. Because as they all offer plenty of different activities to avoid boredom, with the Bahamas, Barbados and Aruba providing excellent amenities, casino games should not be the first thing on your mind.
- 4. Sun City, South Africa
The richest country in Southern Africa can offer you much more than diamonds and gold - one of the most beautiful casinos in this part of the world. South Africa huge casino resort is the third most popular tourist attraction, after the Kruger National Park wildlife reserve, and the mountains and beaches of Cape Town.
- 3. Macau, China
You can find nine casinos in Macau, eight of which operate 24/7 and provide the most versatile range of games in the world (both Western favorites and Eastern games of chance). The biggest casino is a three-story building at Hotel Lisboa.
- 2. Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada
Vegas rocks, baby! This city is just filled with casinos. You just have to sit in a restaurant and you have access to slot machines. Simply walk down the street and you will see slot machines at intersections. Definitely not for the addictive personalities, but come on, isn’t that what makes it fun?
- 1. Monte Carlo, Monaco
Monte Carlo is the supreme casino destination because it’s a principality that is its own universe. The rich, wealthy and famous are a dime a dozen here. The casinos are excellent and the weather is beautiful. There’s at least one bet you are sure to win: visit it once and you’ll never want to leave.

I often see inexperienced players make the mistake of thinking that bluffing is about pretending to have a big hand every x hands, regardless of what other players might appear to have. Although you may technically call it bluffing, since the player is trying to show a bigger hand than he actually has, you should bear in mind that if you don’t pay attention to the other players and pick your spots, bluffing at poker can cost you dearly.
What you should remember is that although bluffing is a crucial skill to learn, it is neither obligation nor a rule of poker. In poker it doesn’t matter how much or how often you bet. It isn’t important how often you bluff, but how often it works.
You should bluff when at least one of the following conditions is met:
- You are in late position and no one before you is representing a strong hand
- The board cards or cards you have showing make it possible for you to represent a strong hand
- Your table image is solid as a rock
- You have read other players’ tells and know they are weak and will fold to a bet or raise
- You are playing against only one opponent
